Hot break tomato puree prepared from the processing of fresh, sound and ripe tomatoes. It is obtained with the concentration of the juice obtained after the screening of the fruits, separating the seed, the skins and any other coarse or hard parts.

It is an ideal ingredient for the production of pizza, sauces and condiments.
