The goal of producing high quality and safe tomato derivatives for professional or industrial use is achieved through innovative technologies and with the adoption of management systems that meet the most severe standards.
The process is carried out in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and the controls are carried out following the HACCP method (Reg. 852/2004) in order to ensure strict compliance with health and hygiene requirements at all stages of production.
Organoleptic, chemical, physical and microbiological controls are carried out on the finished products to ensure the required quality standards and only after successful testing the product is released.
The company has a quality system that complies with BRC and ISO 22005 international standards. The plant is also certified for Organic Farming (EU Reg. 848/2018) and Kosher productions.
