From 20/22°Bx to 22/24°Bx

Squash paste (Cucurbita moschata) produced with fresh and ripe raw materials, without the addition of any additives or ingredients.

All the processed raw material comes from Italian crops.

The product is obtained by blanching and refining the squash until a velvety puree is obtained, which is then evaporated, subsequently sterilized and aseptically packaged.
