Products with high viscosity

Purée, pizza sauce, pizza topping, semi-concentrated and concentrates with high viscosity are the best ingredients ideal for the production of pizzas and ketchup, tomato juice, soups and creams.

Tomato Purée
Tomato purée hot break is prepared from sound and ripe tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum L.). The product is made with the concentration of juice obtained after screening of the fruits to separate seeds, skins and any other coarse or hard parts.

Pizza Topping
Tomato purée warm break is prepared from sound and ripe tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum L.). The product is made with the concentration of juice obtained after large screening of the fruits to separate any other coarse or hard parts. For the pizza usage, is the best “ready to use sauce”, which can be simply added on pizza base before cooking.
