SC92 (Cherry Tomato) Purée
Tomato purée hot break is prepared from sound and ripe cherry tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum L.). The product is made with hot break technology and concentration of juice obtained after screening of the fruits to separate seeds, skins and any other coarse or hard parts. It’s made with our special SC92, which is a variety of cherry tomatoes selected and registered by Solana.

Squash Purée
Squash purée is prepared from fresh, ripe and sound squash (Cucurbita moschata.). The product is obtained by concentration of the juice extracted by sieving the raw material (to separate seeds, skins and any other coarse or hard parts) without any ingredients or additives.
